Just when I thought I have given up "Thank you for showing up." I'd never imagine we'll see each other again. Even though we only have occasional greetings then, atleast you were there. Even its not for me. Its unfair I learned to like you when circumstances are more difficult. But how was I to know? I'm still asking, was I the one you're looking for? Those girls are much more of a woman than I am. But just the same, even just for a while, I felt happiness in my heart. Thank you... This feelings I have, be real or just plain deceiving me, one thing is for sure... You made me live again...

I belive I've already mention how crazy I am about Josh Hartnett. So crazy that again, when Mark offered me this I couldn't stop myself thinking about it and buying this as well. I've first watch the the movie from a pirated vcd in the house. Di ko alam sino bumili nun, nanay ko ata. Super bored and pagod na rin ata ako that day, di ko talaga na gets yung movie, I slept on the 1st hour (sorry papa Josh!!!). Na touch na lang ako nung part na andun si papa Josh, trying to perform an operation to an injured soldier. Oooopppss, don't mean to spill that! sa mga di pa nakakapanood. Ok, ok back to my story. I can't believe pa na andun din pala si Papa Orlando Bloom. Waaaaaahhh!!! Yung dalawang papa ko in the same movie... Letse lang character ni Orli dun pang award winning!!! Hehehe!!! Panoorin nyo na lang. Buti na lang at pinahiram nga ako ng copy ng aking friend na si Racs, dun ko lang na gets ang kalumo lumong sitwasyon nun. Oh my gosh that's a very deep tagalog! Wehehehe!!! Sana na gets nyo... Pero seriously, you don't want to be in the soldier's or the somali people's side here. They're both victims of the situation. Wala talaga gain na makukuha sa giyera. If you'll be able to watch this, you'll be very thankful na kahit naghihirap na bansa natin, where not in the same situation in Somalia at that time. Panalo talaga si Director Ridley Scott and of course my idol producer Jerry Bruckheimer. On the lighter side, super galing ng pagkakapasok ng character ni Ewan McGregor and Ewan Bremmer. Like Geez, you wouldn't imagine na magkakaron pa ng lighter side after all the gun fights... The Best din ang special effects, proabably that's why they receive 2 Oscars for the movie. On this dvd set you'll understand more historical facts that really happened (Grabe kaka touch yung mga soldiers na nag volunteer na kwento side nila). Trainings that the actors gone through, I think the special part of that was the haircut, hehehe!!! Superb din mga artwork ni Director Ridley Scott (grabe parang magic sya mag draw ng screen concept!). You will find some actors that are still in the biz or are in the biz even before, sa aking list kasama sina - Eric Bana (Hulk, Troy), Tom Guiry (Lassie), Hugh Dancy (Ella Enchanted), Ioan Gruffudd (102 Dalmatians, King Arthur) dami pa nila believe me, pero super di ko nakilala agad, well except kay Eric Bana... You guys probably didn't recognize them cause they almost look all alike. Hehehe!!! Pagsama samahin kasi mga kalbo eh... Promise peeps, this is one of the best movies of it's time! So go buy na na dvd, wehehehe!!!

My DVD Collection - Pearl Harbor Director's Cut

Pearl Harbor Director's Cut - Vista Series

What can I tell you about this dvd version? Well, its awesome!!! Iba talaga ang movie pag si Jerry Bruckheimer ang nagproduce. I got the first look of this movie when I'm still a bum. Sad noh? Really don't get it why the girl in Video City near our place is going gaga for this Josh Hartnett guy? Sino ba si Josh? di naman sya sikat eh, I ask myself then. Ben Affleck was the talk of the town then, because of Armagedon also a big hit produced by Jerry Bruckheimer(wanna meet this guy) and also directed by Michael Bay (man! this guy burns a lot of money, but heck! his movies are blockbusters!!!). Sa VHS ko pa lang napanuod to nun, super feeling ko mabubutas puso ko sa visual and sound effects. As in grabe! and the scene with dying James King, Jennifer Garner(chaka pa sya nun, can't bloody believe that she's in the movie, kung di pa sinabi ng ka officemate kong si Isay) and Kate Beckinsale was just touching. Sayang nga lang critics described this as a titanic remake. Hindi kasi! Friendship kasi si papa Josh and Ben dun! Di naman friends si Leo and Billy ah. Anyway, as most of my friends know, I bought the dvd, for well my long lost papa Josh Hartnett. Ewan ko ba, masyado ko nakyutan sa kanya, kahit mukha syang moron dun sa scene... Hehehe!!! Weird ko noh? But I'd still say that he's the handsomest in this movie, compare to his other flicks... And why won't I buy this eh, mentioned ang Philippines on few of the scenes, Philippines also do suffer at that time. Makabayan ata ako. Lalo na kung andun si papa Josh, waaaaaaahhhh!!! And super naging favorite song ko ang There You'll Be ni Faith Hill which is included on the DVD set. Believe me guys its really worth it. Thanks po pala kay Mark for making the deal with this DVD.

My DVD Collection - 1st in line The Fellowship of the Ring

The Fellowship of the Ring

I first bought this bundle of Joy when our very good friend and other wise known as the Kuyaks Queen in the office, lend me her copy during her stay in Thomson... Yes kaw yun mama Jen!!! Kasalanan mo ang lahat!!! Hehehe!!! Pero super nag enjoy ako grabe! As in I have watched the movie and loved it before, but I never imagine that I'll be such a fan of the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Eh kaya lang din ako nagpapilit sa ate ko manuod ng movie nun in Sta. Lucia Grand Mall eh kasi andun si Elijah Wood. By the way feeling ko kasi parang kababata ko na si Elijah, kasi naman I grew up watching his movies like North, The War, The Good Son (with also a super cutie child star Macaulay Culkin). Actually on my first salary I bought the 4 book set of LOTR. And the funny thing then is that I didn't even know the name of the cute archer guy... Everytime pakita sya nun sa scene, ang alam ko lang ayan na si papa... Super amazed pa ko nung when I first work in Thomson kasi astig mga screensaver nila Lord of the rings!!! Di ako makapagtanong about it kasi sa movie ko lang talaga nalaman LOTR at andun si papa archer. Waaaaahhhh!!! Eh ngayon nauubos money ko kakabili ng dvd na andun sya... Kaloka! Orlando Bloom I loves you!!! Teka nawala ng story ko on FOTR... Ehem, super sulit po itong extended version nila. The visual effects is just the best. And the cast is the best too. Super bonding sila and A ok talaga si papa Aragorn (Viggo Mortensen). Sorry hanggang dun lang, kasi you would really have to see it to be amazed din... O sya sya yung susunod naman...
